Apology

Dear Uterus,

I am so, so, so, so sorry that I skipped out on the birth control pills this month. You see, being unemployed, I had to choose between refilling the BCP's and, oh, I don't know, eating.

I figured that since you and me were on decent terms again after a good six months of the pill, maybe I could skip a month and you'd behave. Hoo boy, did I underestimate you. My apologies. Clearly you are very very angry with me for my stupid decision.

Next month, I promise to starve, if you promise to be a good girl again.
